Mexican Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Velveeta cheese spread with jalapeno peppers, cut up
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
Preparation

Microwave Velveeta in 1 1/2-quart microwavable bowl on High 4 minutes or until melted, stirring after 2 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Microwave 1 minute. Serve hot with tortilla chips or cut up vegetables. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
