Potato Bean Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium size potatoes, cooked and diced
1 c. fresh whole dill pickles, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. chopped onions
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1 (15 oz.) can pork and beans
salt
Preparation

Toss potatoes, pickles and onions together in a large bowl. Mix beans with mayonnaise or salad dressing and pour over potato mixture.
Toss gently until all ingredients are well blended. Taste for seasoning and add salt, if necessary.
Chill well; overnight if desired.
Before serving, garnish with pickles or chopped parsley.
Yields 8 servings.
