Whole Wheat Banana Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. butter
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs
    1 1/2 c. whole flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    3/4 c. plain flour
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. buttermilk
    2 c. mashed bananas
    1 c. pecans, chopped fine
Preparation
    Cream butter until real soft; add sugar gradually.
    Add eggs, beating well after each.
    Sift all dry ingredients and add alternately with buttermilk.
    Add bananas and pecans.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour and 10 minutes.
    Use 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
