Smoked Turkey Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. finely chopped turkey (salmon, shrimp, chicken, ham)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 tsp. liquid smoke
1/4 tsp. salt
Preparation

Mash up with hands and form into ball or log. Roll (or press on top and sides) in 1/2 cup chopped pecans and 2 tablespoons chopped parsley. (Easier to roll in pecans or form into some special shape if chilled in fridge first.) Serve with crackers of your choice (Ritz, Sociables, Keebler, Wheat Thins, etc.).
