State Fair Blackberry Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. frozen blackberries
    2 Tbsp. + 2 tsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    lemon juice (few drops)
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Thaw berries, drain, and reserve juice.
    Mix juice with dry ingredients; cook until thickened and clear.
    Add berries, lemon juice, butter.
    Pour into 9-inch unbaked shell.
    Seal top crust and cut steam vents.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes; reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and make 30 minutes more or until crust is golden brown.
