Rice Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    2 c. cooked rice
    1 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. raisins or cut up dates
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon or nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Mix ingredients in 2-quart bowl.
    Pour mixture into a greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Set dish in a shallow pan, holding 1-inch of hot water.
    Bake 45 minutes, or until pudding is firm at edges.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Serves 6.
