Low-Fat Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
2 Tbsp. fat free mayonnaise
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fat free cream cheese
1 tsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (or to taste)
1 c. fat free Cheddar cheese, shredded
paprika
1/2 lb. imitation crab, flaked
Preparation

Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese and seasoning. Mix well, then stir in Cheddar cheese and crab.
Cover and chill two hours.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with crackers, bread sticks or vegetables.
Yields approximately 20 servings.
