Spiced Grapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gal. grapes
    4 lb. sugar
    2 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 tsp. ground cloves
    1 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Wash a gallon of grapes and remove hulls from pulp.
    Heat the pulp 10 minutes.
    Then run through a sieve to remove the seeds. Put pulp and hulls in a pan.
    Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves and vinegar.
    Cook, stirring often until it is the consistency of preserves.
    Pour into small, sterile jars and seal.
    Very good served with meats.
