Marinated Eye Of Round - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    meat tenderizer
    3 to 4 lb. eye of round beef roast
    1 pkg. marinade mix
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1 tsp. soy sauce
Preparation
    Spread meat tenderizer on meat (both sides); let sit for 30 minutes.
    Mix together last 5 ingredients and spread on meat (all sides).
    Marinate 4 to 4 1/2 hours, turning every hour.
    Cook at 475\u00b0 for 15 minutes; turn oven down to 275\u00b0 and cook 45 minutes more.
    Slice meat to serve.
