Cottage Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 cooked medium potatoes, diced
1 green pepper, diced
1 small can pimento
salt and pepper
2 pieces fresh white bread, in pieces
1 large onion
1/2 lb. sharp cheese, grated
Preparation

Mix together in casserole.
Pour over it 1/4 pound melted oleo.
Add milk to fill half the casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, uncovered.
