Zucchini With Chives - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. zucchini
    sea salt
    1/4 c. sour cream
    2 Tbsp. chopped chives
Preparation
    Wash and trim zucchini.
    Cut into slices, about 1/2-inch thick.
    Drop them into a saucepan containing a little boiling, salted water and cook until soft.
    Stir over a gentle heat to dry out.
    Add sour cream.
    Stir until well mixed and heated.
    Add chopped chives and serve.
