Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rice
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. butter
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water
    1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
Preparation
    Cook rice using package directions.
    Saute onion and celery in butter in skillet until tender.
    Mix broccoli and rice in a bowl. Add soup, water and Cheez Whiz; mix well.
    Stir in sauteed vegetables.
    Spoon into 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
