Icebox Pie For Diabetics - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    10 pkg. Sweet 'N Low
    1 1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 tall can evaporated milk
    1 box sugar-free lime jello
Preparation
    Beat eggs and Sweet 'N Low. Add fruit juice. Cook until slightly thickened.
    Add jello. Cool.
    Whip chilled milk with a little lemon juice.
    Add egg mixture to whipped milk. Put into graham cracker crust.
    You can top with Cool Whip.
    Put in icebox until firm.
