Chicken Wings Teriyaki(Barbecue) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. white wine (white sherry Muscatel)
1 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. brown or white sugar
1 tsp. grated ginger
1 clove chopped garlic or dash of garlic powder
1 tsp. barbecue seasoning/hot sauce/black pepper, etc.
2 Tbsp. cornstarch, diluted in water
10 wings, halved (tips removed)
1/2 c. soy sauce
5 Tbsp. white sugar
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp. sesame seed oil
2 shallots or 4 green onions, minced
Preparation

To prepare Teriyaki Sauce, combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat.
Simmer until cornstarch is cooked.
Watch and stir constantly.
Add 1/4 cup white wine after sauce has cooled. Set aside.
