Apple-Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe

2 eggs
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. packed light brown sugar
2 1/4 c. 1% low-fat milk
5 slices (1 oz. each) stale cinnamon raisin bread, cut in 3/4 to 1-inch cubes
1 c. peeled, diced apple
Preparation

In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, brown sugar and milk until evenly blended.
Add bread cubes and apple and mix with a large spoon. Cover and refrigerate 40 minutes.
