Country Style Meat Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. Karo blue label syrup
    1/2 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce*
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1 3/4 c. cooked macaroni
    grated Cheddar cheese
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    *Add water to remainder of tomato sauce to fill can; set aside.
