Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. lean stew beef
    garlic (optional)
    1/4 c. butter or oleo
    1/2 c. minced onion
    1/2 c. water
    1 can mushroom pieces
    1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1 can condensed chicken and rice soup
    1 c. sour cream
    parsley
Preparation
    Combine flour, salt and pepper.
    Trim fat from meat; rub with garlic.
    Cut into bite size pieces.
    Pound flour mixture into both sides of meat.
    Add onion and brown.
    Add water and undiluted chicken/rice soup.
    Cook uncovered over low heat for an hour or so.
    Before serving, add mushrooms, mushroom soup (undiluted), parsley and about 1 cup sour cream.
    Careful not to boil.
    Serve over rice or noodles.
