Mexican Lasagna - cooking recipe

1 pkg. flour tortillas
1 large onion, chopped
2 lb. ground chuck, browned and drained
2 large jars thick and chunky salsa (1 mild, 1 hot)
3 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. Mozzarella shredded cheese
dash of garlic salt
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Preparation

Brown meat and onion together. Drain. Add spices to meat and both jars of salsa. Spray casserole dish with Pam. Place layer of tortillas (usually 2), then layer meat and cheeses. Continue layering and end with cheese on top. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0. When serving, use sour cream, lettuce, onions, olives or salad to the side.
