Yummy Granola - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. dates
    2 bananas
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    8 c. oats
    1/2 c. cornmeal
    1 c. coconut
    1/2 c. nuts
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Soften dates
    in
    3/4
    cup
    hot water.
    Blend dates and water. Add
    bananas
    and vanilla and blend.
    Mix dry ingredients in
    a large bowl.
    Add blended mixture to dry ingredients thoroughly. Crumble and bake on sprayed cookie sheets at 150\u00b0 overnight or at 300\u00b0
    for
    90 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes.
    Add 1 cup dried fruit prior to serving.
    Makes approximately 9 cups.
