Taco Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes taco seasoning mix
    2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
    red pepper to taste
    4 c. sour cream
    16 oz. avocado dip
    2 c. shredded lettuce
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1 c. chopped tomatoes
    1 (7 oz.) jar black olives, drained
    1/2 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Combine 1 envelope taco seasoning mix, refried beans and red pepper in a bowl and mix well.
    Combine the remaining envelope of taco seasoning mix and the sour cream in a bowl and mix well. Layer the bean mixture, avocado dip, sour cream mixture, lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, olives and green onions in a large serving bowl. Yields 40 servings.
