Low-Fat Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. nonfat dried milk powder
1 1/2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water
1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Put water in saucepan.
Add gelatin and heat until gelatin dissolves.
Set aside.
In blender, combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well.
Add gelatin mixture.
Blend and pour into pie shell.
Refrigerate.
