Broccoli-Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 oz.) frozen chopped broccoli
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. milk
    1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. Minute rice
Preparation
    Boil broccoli, onion and celery for about 6 to 10 minutes or until slightly tender. Do not overcook. Drain broccoli mixture and combine with 1 cup Minute rice. Heat all other ingredients slowly in saucepan until smooth and creamy.
    Spread broccoli mixture into buttered casserole dish. Pour sauce mixture over broccoli. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes, depending on your oven.
