Jazzberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1/3 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/3 c. oil
    3/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. Kraft pure strawberry preserves
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together.
    Combine eggs, oil and milk, add to dry ingredients.
    Stir just enough to moisten.
    Fill greased muffin pans 1/2 full with batter.
    Dot generously with preserves; top with remaining batter, filling pans 2/3 full.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 12 muffins.
