Hearty Multi-Grain Bread(Makes 3 Loaves) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. poppy seed, caraway seed, herb de provence or other spice
Preparation
    Warm juice, quick oats, cracked wheat (optional) and butter or margarine just until butter begins to melt.
    Let cool.
    Combine yeast, sugar and water in a small bowl and let proof.
    In a large bowl, blend rye flour, wheat germ, salt, 2 1/2 cups of the bread flour and the whole wheat flour.
    Make a well in the center and pour in warmed liquid.
    Add honey, molasses, eggs and yeast mixture.
    Mix with large wooden spoon until generally blended.
