Raisin Bread Pudding - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. loaf cinnamon swirl raisin bread, diced or broken in small pieces
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. butter
1 qt. milk (4 c.)
Preparation

Place bread into a greased 3-quart casserole. Beat eggs in a bowl; beat in sugar, milk and vanilla. Pour mixture over bread and dot with butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until puffed, brown and firm to the touch in the center. Serve hot or cold with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
