Oven Swiss Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. round steak
    1/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes (red pack)
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
Preparation
    Mix flour and salt.
    Pound steak with flour and salt.
    Brown meat.
    Blend remaining flour and vegetables in pan drippings. Bake covered in 350\u00b0 oven until tender for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
