Rhubarb Shortcake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, cut up
3/4 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. oleo
1 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. boiling water
few drops red food coloring
Preparation

Place rhubarb in an 8 x 8-inch pan.
Cream 3/4 cup sugar and oleo.
Add flour, baking powder and salt.
Add milk to creamed mixture.
Spread over rhubarb.
