Blonde Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Gently stir in all remaining ingredients, except chocolate chips, just until mixed.
    Do not beat! Pat into greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
    Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 about 20 minutes.
    Cool.
    Cut into bars.
