Salmon Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon
    1/2 c. bell pepper
    1 Tbsp. pimento
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. whole milk
    2 slices bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. salt and black pepper
    1/2 c. onions
    1 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Pick all bones and skin from salmon; save juice.
    Mash salmon. Saute onions and bell pepper in melted butter.
    Add pimento, bread crumbs, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs and milk, mixing well.
    Place into a well-greased casserole dish and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
