Taco Filling (Beef) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    1/2 onion, minced
    1 garlic clove, minced
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 envelope commercial taco flavoring
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in oil.
    Add meat and brown.
    Add other ingredients.
    Yield:
    12 tacos.
    Carbohydrate 0 g, protein 6 g, fat 6 g, calories 78.
    One serving = 1 meat low-fat exchange, 1/2 fat exchange.
