1 Tbsp. cooking oil
1/2 onion, minced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 lb. lean ground beef
pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. salt
1 envelope commercial taco flavoring
Preparation

Saute onion and garlic in oil.
Add meat and brown.
Add other ingredients.
Yield:
12 tacos.
