Bob'S Chicken Or Pork Divine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 lb. rolled pork loin, cut in chops or boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 c. flour
    2 tsp. salt or to taste
    1/2 tsp. pepper or to taste
    1/2 tsp. ginger (ground) or to taste
    1 can cream of celery or mushroom soup
    1/2 can water
    1 (6 oz.) can French's fried onions
    3/4 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Coat meat in mixture of flour, salt, pepper and ginger. Brown meat on both sides in hot oil in frying pan on medium heat. Arrange meat in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Pour soup and water over meat.
    Sprinkle 1/2 can onions over meat.
    Bake in covered cake pan for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    Add remaining onions.
    Bake uncovered for 15 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Take out meat and place in another pan to keep in warm oven while preparing sauce.
