Hearty Black-Eyed Pea Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. pork sausage, sliced
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, diced
    4 c. water
    3 cans black-eyed peas, drained
    1 (28 oz.) can diced tomatoes (undrained)
    1 (10 oz.) can diced tomatoes and green chiles
    1 can chopped green chiles
    4 beef bouillon cubes
    4 tsp. molasses
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/4 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Cook sausage, beef and onion until no longer pink; drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 45 minutes.
