Favorite Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 medium, raw potatoes, peeled and diced
1/2 cup onion, diced
1 medium to large carrot, diced
2 quarts water
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. Nature's Seasoning
1/4 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1 small can mushroom pieces with liquid
1 10 oz. can condensed celery soup
Preparation

Add diced potatoes, onions, and carrots to a large 4 quart heavy or non-stick pot. Add 2 quarts of water, salt, Nature's Seasoning, dill weed, and parsley flakes. Cook until tender. Add mushroom pieces with liquid and celery soup, undiluted. If thinner soup is desired, add milk. Stir thoroughly.
