Marinated Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cut green beans
    1 can white Shoepeg corn
    1 small jar pimentos
    1 small bunch green onions, chopped
    1 can small English peas
    1 c. celery, chopped
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    3/4 c. vinegar
    1 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Combine all the vegetables in a large mixing bowl.
    Bring vinegar, sugar, water, cooking oil, salt and pepper to a boil; let cool, then pour over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight.
