Corn Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. flour
    1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 egg
    1 can creamed corn
    1/4 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, milk and egg. Add corn and mix well.
    Brush large skillet or griddle with butter and drop mixture by tablespoons, a few at a time.
    Cook until golden brown, turn and cook on other side.
    Keep warm in oven, loosely covered, until all are done.
    Serves 4 to 6.
