Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 envelopes active dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. warm water (105~ to 115~)
    5 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking soda
    3 Tbsp. baking powder
    2 sticks margarine
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Stir yeast in warm water; set aside.
    Sift together flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt.
    Cut in margarine until mixture is like cornmeal.
    Stir in the buttermilk and yeast mixture.
    Blend well.
    Turn dough out on lightly floured board. Knead until smooth.
    Add flour if dough is sticky.
    Put dough in bowl; let rise 30 minutes.
    Roll dough out 2 inches thick; cut out biscuits.
    Bake 1 inch apart.
    Bake on a high rack in 400\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes.
