Hot Chicken And Cheese Canapes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (5 oz.) can chunk chicken
    1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/8 tsp. hot pepper sauce
Preparation
    Combine ingredients.
    Spread on crackers or toast squares. Broil 4 inches from heat until cheese melts.
    Makes about 1 cup.
