Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. red salmon
    1 small onion, grated
    1 egg
    2 slices bread, softened in salmon liquid
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Remove bone from salmon.
    Combine salmon, onion, egg and bread slices.
    Mix well.
    Shape croquettes; roll in flour and fry in a heavy frying pan on medium heat.
    Brown on both sides.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Serve with French fries, salad and corn bread.
