French Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Sugar
    2 Tbsp. All Purpose Flour
    1/4 tsp. Salt
    1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. Butter melted
    3 Eggs Beaten
    1 tsp. White Vinegar
    1 tsp. Vanilla extract
    1 tsp. Coconut extract
    1/4 tsp. Almond extract
    1 3 1/2 oz. can of Coconut
    1 unbaked 9-inch Pastry Shell
Preparation
    Combine Sugar, Flour and salt in a medium bowl.
    Add butter, mix well.
    Add Eggs to bowl and beat until blended.
    Add Vinegar, Flavorings and Coconut to bowl and mix well.
    Pour filling into Pie Shell.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes, or until Pie is set. Shield Pie with foil after baking for 25 minutes.
