Tabbouleh - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. bulgur (cracked wheat)
1 bunch green onions
2 medium-size tomatoes
3 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
6 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped mint
romaine or leaf lettuce
Preparation
-
Wash bulgur, place in large bowl and cover with hot water; let stand for 20 minutes.
Drain thoroughly and squeeze dry with hands.
