Ham-Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/3 c. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1 c. cheese
1 c. diced, cooked ham
1 (No. 2) can sliced potatoes
Preparation

In large saucepan, over medium heat, melt butter and stir in flour until smooth.
Gradually add milk and cook, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and bubbles.
Add cheese. Cook, stirring until cheese melts.
Gently stir in ham and potatoes and arrange in casserole dish.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
