Popcorn Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 qt. popped corn
1 1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. maple flavor syrup
1 tsp. vinegar
Preparation

Keep popcorn hot and crisp in slow oven.
Combine sugar, water, syrup, vinegar and vanilla.
Cook to hard-ball stage (250\u00b0).
Pour slowly over popcorn.
Mix well to coat every kernel. Use butter on hands to press into balls.
Makes about 20 balls.
