Flaming Flamingos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 pkg. taco seasoning
    2 Tbsp. cumin
    2 Tbsp. jalapeno peppers, chopped
    2 tsp. crushed red peppers
    1 pkg. 8-inch flour tortillas
    2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar or Monterey Jack)
    2 cans Ro-Tel tomatoes
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and drain.
    Add taco seasoning, cumin and peppers along with 1 1/2 cups water.
    Simmer for 8 to 10 minutes or until water cooks down.
    (If you don't like things hot, do not use jalapeno peppers or crushed red peppers.)
