Family Favorite Potato Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

7 medium potatoes, cooked in jackets, peeled, sliced and cubed very small
1/2 c. diced celery or dill pickles
1/2 c. diced green onion
1/2 c. diced firm red tomatoes
1/2 c. diced red bell pepper or pimento
4 hard-boiled eggs, peeled and mashed with a fork
2 1/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. cream-style horseradish
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
Preparation

While potatoes are still warm, use a sharp knife and finely cut about 1/4 of the potatoes against the side of bowl. Fluff into the rest of small cubed potatoes. Add remaining ingredients in order.
Mix with hand gently.
Place in serving bowl and chill for 2 hours.
Serves 8 to 10 people.
