Whole Wheat Carrot Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine or butter
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. mashed banana
1 c. finely shredded carrot
Preparation

In a mixer bowl, beat margarine for 30 seconds.
Add sugar; beat until fluffy.
Beat in eggs.
Combine flours, baking soda, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
Add dry ingredients and banana alternately to batter mixture, beating after each addition.
Fold in carrots.
Pour into 2 greased 7 1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2-inch loaf pans. Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 40 to 50 minutes.
Yields 2 loaves.
