Cranberry Dainties - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Ocean Spray fresh cranberries
1 1/2 c. water
2 1/2 Tbsp. liquid Sweet 10
5 envelopes low calorie raspberry gelatin dessert
Preparation

Cook cranberries and water until skins pop.
Remove from stove. Add liquid sweetener.
Beat until smooth.
Then return to heat and bring just to boiling point.
Add gelatin dessert and stir until dissolved.
Pour into an oiled 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan. Refrigerate until firm.
Cut in 1-inch squares and roll in coconut.
