Pumpkin Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 c. pumpkin, cooked
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. pecans, chopped (save half for topping)
1/4 tsp. salt
1 pie shell
Preparation

Mix all ingredients until mixture is smooth.
Pour into pie shell and top with pecans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until set.
