Marinated Sweet And Sour Carrot Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 large white onion, chopped
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white vinegar
1/4 c. cooking oil
2 cans condensed tomato soup (do not add water)
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. celery salt
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Cook cleaned carrots in salted water until tender.
Set aside to cool and cut in rings.
Combine carrots, onion and pepper. Combine sugar, vinegar, oil, soup, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and pepper; bring to a boil.
Pour the marinade over the vegetables.
Pour in covered dish and store in refrigerator.
