Refrigerator Whole Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    1 c. milk, scalded
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    1 egg, beaten
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    2 1/2 c. white flour
Preparation
    Add yeast and 1 teaspoon sugar to water.
    Combine milk, 1/2 cup
    sugar,
    salt
    and shortening; cool to lukewarm.
    Add yeast mixture,
    then egg.
    Add to flour mixture.\tPlace dough mixture in greased bowl; cover and store in refrigerator.
