Canned Fruit Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. corn oil
    1/4 c. orange juice
    3 c. plain flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can apple, blueberry or cherry pie filling
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix together the first 4 ingredients. Add and thoroughly mix the flour, baking powder and vanilla. In a greased 9 x 13 pan, put half of the batter. Add either the apple, blueberry or cherry pie filling. Spread lightly over the batter. Spread the rest of the batter over the fruit. Sprinkle with topping make of 1/2 cup sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then turn down to 325\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
